Football Bet Escrow FAQ
Frequently asked questions about P2P football betting and Peer2Bet escrow
What is Peer2Bet football bet escrow?
Peer2Bet is a peer-to-peer football bet escrow service operated by Calpe Nexus Limited. Users agree odds and stakes with each other; we hold both sides' funds in escrow until the match result is confirmed, then pay the winner or refund when the result voids the bet.
How does peer-to-peer bet escrow work?
One fan creates a bet and funds their stake from their wallet. Another fan accepts, picks the opposite outcome, and funds their stake. When both sides are funded, stakes stay locked through kickoff and full time. After the review period (unless disputed), settlement releases the pot to the winner or refunds both parties.
How is Peer2Bet different from a bookmaker?
We are not a bookmaker. Peer2Bet does not set a house line, take the other side of your bet, or profit from your loss. You bet directly against another fan. The platform only facilitates escrow and charges a settlement fee on completed pots.
What fees does Peer2Bet charge?
When a bet settles to a winner, a settlement fee is taken from the total pot. The percentage depends on pot size ($0.00–$49.99: 4%; $50.00–$239.99: 3%; $240.00–$1,249.99: 2.5%; $1,250.00 and above: 2%), typically in the 2% – 4% range, with a minimum of $0.50 and maximum of $30.00 per bet. Peer2Bet currently charges no wallet withdrawal fee; blockchain network fees may still apply when paying out to an external address. Active referral or trust-tier discounts can reduce the settlement fee on eligible bets.
What is the minimum P2P football bet stake?
Your first qualifying settled bet can be funded from $25.00 per party. After that, the standard minimum is $50.00 per party when creating or accepting bets.
How do I deposit funds for escrow bets?
Open Wallet → Deposit and pay with cryptocurrency through our NOWPayments integration. Supported deposit currencies include USDT (TRC-20), USDT (BSC) (availability depends on server configuration). The gateway minimum is about $5.00. Deposits credit your wallet after payment confirmation.
How do escrow betting withdrawals work?
Your wallet separates returnable deposits (principal you added) from winnings (net betting profit). You can withdraw principal from $25.00 (or your full principal balance). Winnings require at least $100.00 for a crypto-wallet payout, or $50.00 via ChangeNOW Pro email (or your full winnings balance). Payout options: (1) Crypto wallet — send to your address; blockchain network fees apply. (2) ChangeNOW Pro email — claim in the ChangeNOW Pro app when enabled. Peer2Bet currently charges no withdrawal fee on processed amounts; blockchain network fees may still apply. Go to Wallet → Withdraw to choose source and method.
Which cryptocurrencies does Peer2Bet support?
Deposits are processed in the cryptocurrencies enabled on our NOWPayments account (currently USDT (TRC-20), USDT (BSC)). Withdrawals can go to a crypto wallet in supported payout coins or, when available, through ChangeNOW Pro email. Exact coins and networks are shown in Wallet before you confirm.
What happens if the match ends in a draw?
Settlement follows the official 90-minute result. If one participant picked the draw and the other did not, the draw picker wins the pot minus the settlement fee. If neither participant picked the draw, both stakes are refunded to their wallets and no settlement fee is charged.
What if a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned?
If a fixture is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, affected bets may be cancelled. Open bets that were not fully funded before kickoff are cancelled automatically. Funded bets on void fixtures are refunded to both parties. Settlement fees do not apply to refunds.
How do disputes and settlement timing work?
After full time, automatic settlement waits about 2 hours unless a dispute is opened. While a match is live you may dispute until 4 hours after kickoff; after the final result you have about 2 hours (longer for very large pots). Disputes pause payout while admin reviews official data and escrow records, then either pays the winner or refunds both parties.
Are my funds safe on Peer2Bet?
Matched stakes are locked in escrow until settlement or refund — neither bettor can withdraw the other side's money early. Peer2Bet does not bet against you or take a position on the match. We do not guarantee profits or uninterrupted service; you should only stake what you can afford to lose and keep your account secure.
Who can use Peer2Bet (age and jurisdiction)?
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age where you live, if higher) and allowed to use peer-to-peer betting services under your local laws. You are responsible for checking whether participation is legal where you are. Peer2Bet does not provide legal advice and does not maintain a public list of banned countries in the app — if local law prohibits use, you must not register.
How do invites and referrals work?
Share your personal referral link from the Invite page. When a friend registers and completes qualifying settled bets, you can earn 15% of the platform settlement fee on those bets for up to 365 days after they join. New referees may receive a 5% settlement-fee discount on their first 5 settled bets. Self-referral or same registration IP may be blocked when our anti-abuse rules apply.
