How to Create Your First P2P Bet

Follow this step-by-step walkthrough to create an escrow bet in minutes.

1. Create your account

Sign up at peer2bet.com with your email and verify your address. Complete your profile so other users can see who they are betting with. You must be 18 or older and eligible to participate under your local laws.

2. Top up your wallet

Before creating a bet, deposit funds into your Peer2Bet wallet. Minimum stake is $25 for your first bet and $50 for regular bets per party. Wallet balance is used to fund escrow when you create or accept bets.

3. Pick a match

Go to Matches and browse upcoming fixtures. Filter by league, team, or status. Click a match to see details and any open bets already available.

4. Set your bet terms

Click Create Escrow Bet. Choose your pick (home, draw, or away), enter your stake amount, and set your odds. Pick a negotiation mode — accept-only or counter-offer. Add optional terms if you want.

Review the preview showing your deposit, the opponent deposit, and total pot before submitting.

5. Wait for an opponent

Your bet appears in the open bets list. Another user can accept it and fund their side. You will be notified when someone takes your offer. Make sure your wallet has enough balance to fund your stake when needed.

6. Kickoff and beyond

Once both sides fund, the bet locks at kickoff. Watch the match, and if you win, escrow pays you automatically after the result is confirmed. That is it — your first P2P bet, done safely.
